William Mastin

William Mastin served as a cook aboard the USS Stratford in the day of a segregated U.S, Navy during World War-II. He served aboard the USS Stratford during the liberation of the Philippines. The USS Stratford AP-41 main mission was to supply the ships and men of the forward area with need supplies and personnel. The USS Stratford sailed from New Zealand , New Caledonia, Soloman, Treasury islands, and New Guinea.
